Betting Results

When a match at db678 is cancelled or abandoned, the outcome depends on when and how much of the match was played — full details are provided below.

Full Cancellation (Before the Match Starts or Before the First Over):
If a match is cancelled before it begins, db678 refunds the full stake directly to your wallet. This is usually credited within 1 hour of the result being updated. If the bet was placed using a bonus, the refund will go back to your bonus balance.

Interrupted Mid-Match (Cricket — DLS Rule Applies):
In international cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, db678 accepts that result as official and settles all bets accordingly.

Match abandoned mid-game (football — before a specified minute):
Generally, if a football match is played for less than 45 minutes and there is no official result, db678 will void the bet and issue a full refund.

Suspended match (rescheduled to a later date):
If the match is rescheduled within 48 hours, db678 keeps the bet active. If it is pushed back by more than 48 hours, the bet is cancelled and your funds are returned.

How long does a refund take: Up to 24 hours after the result is confirmed, though it's usually much faster. If your bet history shows a status of "Void" or "Refunded", the stake has been returned.

If you haven't received your refund, contact db678 via Live Chat with your bet reference number.

Account Policy

db678's policy is one account per person — the same individual cannot hold two accounts. However, two different people within the same household may each open their own account, subject to certain conditions.

Two accounts within the same household are allowed, provided:
— Both must have different names and separate National ID cards.
— Both parties must have completely separate mobile numbers.
— Both use separate payment methods (the same bKash number cannot be linked to two accounts).
— Both have different email addresses.

Actions that will result in both accounts being closed:
— Opening two accounts under one person's name.
— Using the same payment method (bKash/Nagad) across two accounts.
— Creating multiple accounts using false information.
— Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

What happens if your account is closed:
If a violation is detected, all related accounts and associated winnings may be forfeited. It's always best to start with accurate information and stick to a single account.
